The Storage Acquisition Group is pleased to announce the sale of S&E Mini Storage in Maryland. Pamela K. Arms brokered the sale of the facility located at 3464 Wilkens Avenue in Baltimore. The facility has a total of 652 units and offers over 70,000 rentable square feet of storage space. This sale was finalized on October 31, 2018.

The Storage Acquisition Group today announced the sale of S&E Mini Storage in Maryland. The facility is located at 3464 Wilkens Avenue in Baltimore. The sale was finalized on October 31, 2018. 

The sale was managed by group vice president Pamela K. Arms1 and group president and CEO Cowles M. “Monty” Spencer, Jr2.  

The facility totals 70,000 rentable square feet and has 652 storage units. The property offers a wide variety of unit sizes, electronic gate access, video surveillance, and an excellent location. 

In addition to being the 20th largest metropolitan population in the country, the Greater Baltimore region is also home to a large array of growing industries. Continued growth in IT, education and health services, transportation and food services, to name a few, have all been made evident by impressive warehouse space absorption in the region over the past 6 months.
