THE CLOSING PROCESS

Once under contract, our group assigns a liaison to assist with the due diligence process and act as a point person all the way through closing. Our advisors will provide answers to any questions regarding tax considerations, investment strategies, facility development, and improvement.

We aim to make the process as stress-free and seamless as possible, from document submission to inspection scheduling to closing.
