About the Storage Acquisition Group
In the simplest terms, we are a team of commercial real estate professionals focused on immediately connecting you with a qualified and well-funded buyer for storage facilities. We specialize in helping owners of individual properties and portfolios before they decide to list self storage for sale on the open market.
We are self storage brokers who can sell your facility without listing it.
The Storage Acquisition Group is an independent division of MidAtlantic Commercial Real Estate, founded in 2014. We represent a large, privately held investment fund which has allocated more than $2 Billion for the purchase of storage units for sale across the United States. They have designated us as their agent to identify and purchase storage facilities on their behalf.
As a division of MidAtlantic Commercial, our team is backed by a team of professionals with over 40 years of expertise in retail, office and industrial sales and leasing.
Mission and Culture
Our philosophy is simple:
Provide owners of self-storage with a simple sales process, and net them the highest possible profit.
Our buyers are long-term investors prepared to pay the full and fair market value of any properties they acquire. We don’t want to acquire your property unless we can prove to you that you are getting the best possible value.
