This eight facility portfolio consists of 3,428 self-storage units and covers an expanse of over 652,000 square feet in the greater Atlanta metro. Mr. Spencer worked closely with Monty Spencer, Director of The Storage Acquisition Group, a division of Mid-Atlantic Commercial Realty, on this sale. This transaction marks a record month for the firm rounding out total acquisitions at 22 facilities. The facilities sold on Aug. 31, 2017.

The property consisted of 50 acres in total with improvements totaling 389,516 square feet which were comprised of 952 climate controlled and non-climate controlled units. The property is located at 2424 Castleton Commerce Way in Virginia Beach, VA. The facility sold on June 17, 2016.
